1. Custom Orders
All jerseys are made-to-order according to your specifications. Because of this:
No returns or exchanges are accepted for custom-designed jerseys unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part.
Please double-check all customization details (names, numbers, logos, colors, sizes) before placing your order.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If your jersey arrives damaged or with a defect, we will gladly provide a replacement or refund under the following conditions:
You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Provide photos of the defect or damage.
The item must not be washed or worn.
Once verified, we will either:
Send a replacement jersey at no extra cost, or
Issue a full refund including shipping fees.
3. Order Errors by matchcrest
If we make an error in your order (wrong size, wrong design, missing customization):
Notify us within 7 days of delivery.
We will correct the order at no additional cost, including shipping.
4. Refund Process
Refunds will be processed through the original payment method used during checkout.
Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider (typically 5–10 business days).
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error is on our side.
5. Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of placement.
Custom orders in production cannot be canceled.
